Penyakit yang berkaitan dengan <em>personal hygiene</em> diantaranya adalah scabies dan enterobiasis. Scabies adalah penyakit kulit yang disebabkan <em>Sarcoptes scabiei</em> dari kelompok tungau. Enterobiasis adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh cacing <em>Enterobius vermicularis.</em> <strong>Tujuan:</strong> Mengetahui perbedaan pengetahuan santriwati sebelum dan sesudah diberi edukasi. <strong>Metode</strong><strong>: </strong>Pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi dengan visualisasi LCD proyektor. Pengukuran pengetahuan partisipan dilakukan sebelum dan setelah edukasi menggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah partisipan sebanyak 76 santriwati. <strong>Hasil</strong><strong>:</strong> Skor rata–rata nilai <em>pre-test</em> sebesar 81.98 dan <em>post-test</em> sebesar 91.54. <strong>Kesimpulan: </strong>Ada kenaikan skor pengetahuan yang signifikan pada santriwati setelah diberi edukasi.</p> <p><strong>Kata kunci:</strong> enterobiasis, <em>personal hygiene</em>, pesantren, santriwati, <em>scabies</em></p> <p><em>______________________________________________________________________</em></p> <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p><strong>Background</strong>: Personal hygiene is a fundamental aspect of health and serves as a preventive measure to minimize infection. Diseases related to personal hygiene include scabies and enterobiasis. Scabies is a skin disease caused by the mite Sarcoptes scabiei. Enterobiasis is a disease caused by the worm Enterobius vermicularis. <strong>Objective</strong>: To determine the difference in knowledge of female students before and after education. <strong>Method</strong>: Community service used lectures and discussions with an LCD projector visualization. Participants' knowledge was measured before and after counseling using a questionnaire. Volume sampah yang meningkat tidak diimbangi dengan pengelolaan yang memadai sehingga menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan. <strong>Tujuan:</strong> Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan kelompok pengolah sampah TPS3R Candirejo di Desa Candirejo, Kecamatan Borobudur, Kabupaten Magelang. <strong>Metode:</strong> Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berbentuk sosialisasi, dan implementasi teknologi tepat guna untuk pengolahan sampah dan pendampingan pemasaran berbasis media sosial, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan. <strong>Hasil:</strong> Ditemukan peningkatan kapasitas produksi kompos dan pellet, serta perluasan akses pasar melalui media digital. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berkontribusi pada pencapaian SDG 11 yaitu kota dan permukiman berkelanjutan dan SDG 13 tentang penanganan perubahan iklim. <strong>Kesimpulan:</strong> Kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, nilai ekonomi sampah, serta kesadaran masyarakat dalam pengelolaan lingkungan.</p> <p><strong>Kata kunci:</strong> borobudur, ekonomi sirkular, pemberdayaan masyarakat, pengelolaan sampah, TPS3R</p> <p>______________________________________________________________________</p> <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p><strong>Background</strong>: Waste management is a major challenge in the Borobudur Temple tourist area. The increasing volume of waste is not matched by adequate management, resulting in environmental pollution. <strong>Objective</strong>: This community service activity aims to empower the Candirejo TPS3R waste processing group in Candirejo Village, Borobudur District, Magelang Regency. <strong>Method</strong>: The community service activity included outreach, implementation of appropriate technology, social media-based marketing assistance, and ongoing evaluation. <strong>Result</strong>: Increased compost and pellet production capacity, strengthened management through SOPs, and expanded market access through digital media were found. Hal ini bisa tercapai dengan melakukan kegiatan fisik yang tepat dan mendapatkan makanan bergizi secara seimbang. Peran guru sangat penting pada tahap ini, sehingga mereka perlu memiliki kemampuan yang baik. Salah satu cara yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan melaksanakan kegiatan fisik yang menarik dan menyenangkan serta menerapkan pola hidup sehat secara teratur di sekolah dasar. <strong>Tujuan:</strong> Implementasi aktifitas fisik dengan a<em>erobic gymnastics for kids </em>yang didesain dengan iringan musik dan lagu sehingga merangsang perkembangan motorik dan kecerdasan siswa, siswa menjadi semangat dengan iringan lagu yang sesuai dengan karakteristik mereka. Peningkatan kebugaran jasmani guru sekolah dasar dan siswa menjadi tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. <strong>Metode:</strong> pelaksanaa kegiatan ini adalah Tahap pertama dilakukan observasi ke mitra pengabdian untuk memperoleh informasi analisis situasi khalayak sasaran dan permasalahannya. Tahap kedua dengan ceramah materi dasar aktivitas fisik dan pola hidup sehat, dan Tahap ketiga, praktik langsung implementasi aktifitas fisik a<em>erobic gymnastics for kids</em>. <strong>Hasil:</strong> Guru dan siswa menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi selama pelatihan <em>aerobic gymnastics</em> yang dirancang untuk anak-anak. Guru memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru dalam mengembangkan kegiatan olahraga yang edukatif dan menyenangkan. Penyuluhan pola hidup sehat turut memperkuat peran guru sebagai agen perubahan di sekolah. <strong>Kesimpulan:</strong> Program ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman guru tentang pentingnya senam aerobik dan gaya hidup sehat, serta mendorong integrasi aktivitas fisik dalam pembelajaran dan Edukasi gizi dan aktivitas fisik juga memberi dampak positif pada guru dan siswa.</p> <p><strong>Kata kunci:</strong> aerobik, bugar, fun, senam, sehat</p> <p>______________________________________________________________________</p> <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p><strong>Background: </strong>The years a child spends in elementary school are very important for their overall growth and development. It's a time when they learn many important skills, and this can happen best when they get enough physical activity and eat well-balanced meals. Teachers are important during this time, so they need to have strong skills and knowledge. One good way to help is to make physical activities fun by teaching healthy habits in a regular and organized way at school. <strong>Objective</strong><strong>:</strong> This program uses Aerobic Gymnastics for Kids, which includes music and songs, to help children develop their body movements and musical abilities. Music that matches what children like can make them more excited and interested. This community service project also helps improve the physical health of both teachers and students. <strong>Method</strong><strong>:</strong> The program took place in three parts. First, we looked closely at the partner school to learn about the students and the challenges they face. Then, we had a session where we explained the basics of being active and living a healthy life. Finally, we did a practical activity called Aerobic Gymnastics for Kids, where teachers and students took part directly. <strong>Result</strong><strong>:</strong> Both teachers and students were really excited during the aerobic gymnastics sessions made especially for kids. Teachers learned new ways to create fun and educational physical activities. The advice on healthy living also helped teachers become better leaders in making changes at school. <strong>Conclusion</strong>: This program successfully enhanced teachers’ understanding of the importance of aerobic exercise and a healthy lifestyle, encouraging the integration of physical activity into the school routine. Banyak pasien belum memahami pentingnya pengobatan rutin dan pemantauan kesehatan mandiri, yang berdampak pada peningkatan tingkat kepatuhan terhadap pengobatan. <strong>Tujuan</strong><strong>:</strong> Menilai efektivitas penggunaan buku edukasi dan pemantauan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan, kepatuhan minum obat, dan kualitas hidup pasien hipertensi. <strong>Metode:</strong> Penelitian dilakukan dengan disain <em>pre-test post-test</em> di Puskesmas Bandarharjo, Semarang. Sebanyak 15 pasien hipertensi diberikan buku berisi edukasi dasar tentang hipertensi serta tabel pemantauan minum obat dan aktivitas fisik. Penilaian dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan, MMAS-8 (kepatuhan), dan SF-36 (kualitas hidup). <strong>Hasil</strong><strong>:</strong> Setelah intervensi, peserta menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterlibatan dalam pencatatan mandiri. Mayoritas merasa terbantu dengan adanya buku, meskipun ditemukan beberapa hambatan seperti gangguan penglihatan dan lupa mencatat. Rata-rata skor pengetahuan meningkat dari 10,32 menjadi 13,8; skor MMAS-8 menunjukkan kepatuhan sedang dengan nilai rata-rata 5,8. Kualitas hidup berdasarkan SF-36 menunjukkan skor domain fisik 48,2 sedangkan psikologis dan sosial berturut-turut adalah 67,5 dan 70,4. <strong>Kesimpulan</strong><strong>:</strong> Penggunaan buku edukasi dan pemantauan efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan mendorong pemantauan mandiri pada pasien hipertensi. Dukungan berkelanjutan dari keluarga atau kader diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan dan kualitas hidup secara menyeluruh.</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Kata kunci</strong>: buku pemantauan, hipertensi, pencegahan dan pengendalian, promosi kesehatan</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;">____________________________________________________________________</p> <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p><strong>Background:</strong> Hypertension is a non-communicable disease with a high prevalence in Indonesia. Many patients do not understand the importance of regular medication and self-monitoring, which impacts the level of treatment adherence. <strong>Objective:</strong> To assess the effectiveness of the use of educational and monitoring books on improving knowledge, medication adherence, and quality of life in hypertensive patients. <strong>Method:</strong> The study used a pre-test-post-test design at the Bandarharjo Community Health Center, Semarang. A total of 15 hypertensive patients were given a book containing basic education about hypertension, as well as a table for monitoring medication intake and physical activity. Assessments were conducted using a knowledge questionnaire, MMAS-8 (adherence), and SF-36 (quality of life). <strong>Result:</strong> After the intervention, participants showed increased knowledge and engagement in self-recording. The majority found the book helpful, though some encountered obstacles, such as visual impairment and forgetting to record. The average knowledge score increased from 10.32 to 13.8; the MMAS-8 score indicated moderate adherence with an average value of 5.8. Quality of life, as measured by the SF-36, showed a physical domain score of 48.2, while the psychological and social domain scores were 67.5 and 70.4, respectively. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The use of educational and monitoring books is effective in increasing knowledge and encouraging self-monitoring in hypertensive patients. Rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat meningkatkan risiko komplikasi<strong>. Komunikasi Antar Personal (KAP)</strong> dinilai efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran melalui interaksi dua arah. <strong>Tujuan</strong><strong>:</strong> Mengevaluasi efektivitas KAP dalam meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat di Meunasah Raya tentang hipertensi. <strong>Metode</strong><strong>:</strong> Desain yang ditetapkan adalah <em>one group pre-test post-test.</em> Kegiatan diikuti oleh 26 partisipan. Untuk melihat adanya perubahan pengetahuan setelah edukasi, dilakukan analisis dengan uji <em>t </em>dari hasil <em>pre-test</em> dan <em>post-test</em>. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam beberapa sesi, yaitu sesi interaktif, diskusi, permainan edukatif, dan lagu. <strong>Hasil</strong><strong>:</strong> Skor pengetahuan meningkat signifikan dari rata-rata 7,12 menjadi 11,27 (p = 0,000). <strong>Kesimpulan</strong><strong>:</strong> KAP efektif meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai hipertensi. Low public awareness increases the risk of complications. Interpersonal Communication (ICC) is considered effective in raising awareness through two-way interaction. <strong>Objective:</strong> To evaluate the effectiveness of ICC in increasing public awareness of hypertension in Meunasah Raya. <strong>Method:</strong> The design used was a one-group pre-test-post-test. Twenty-six participants attended the activity. To determine changes in knowledge after education, a t-test analysis was conducted on the pre-test and post-test results. The activity was conducted in several sessions: interactive sessions, discussions, educational games, and songs. <strong>Result:</strong> Knowledge scores increased significantly from an average of 7.12 to 11.27 (p = 0.000). <strong>Conclusion:</strong> ICC is effective in increasing public awareness and understanding of hypertension. Badan Usaha dan Amal Nasyiatul Aisyiyah (BUANA) diharapkan mampu menghasilkan nilai ekonomi sekaligus membuka lapangan kerja bagi anggota dan pengurus Nasyiatul Aisyiyah. Manfaat dari berorganisasi tidak hanya berupa keuntungan materi. Anggota juga dapat memperoleh ilmu, informasi, jaringan usaha, serta pengalaman berharga. Pentingnya kemandirian menjadi fokus utama dalam membangun daya saing dan kesejahteraan umat. <strong>Tujuan</strong><strong>:</strong> Untuk membangun kemandirian ekonomi umat melalui badan usaha. <strong>Metode</strong><strong>:</strong> Metode yang akan digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, pengenalan dan penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi, serta keberlanjutan program sebagai sebuah solusi. <strong>Hasil</strong><strong>:</strong> Sebagian besar mengalami peningkatan kemampuan peran SDM, sumber daya operasional seperti alat-alat produksi, dan peningkatan produksi. <strong>Kesimpulan</strong><strong>:</strong> Hasil dari Kegiatan pemberdayaan ini dapat dijadikan indikator untuk mencapai tujuan pemberdayaan Sumber daya manusia guna pengembangan Badan Usaha dan Amal Nasyiatul Aisyiyah (BUANA) yang optimal dan baik. Maka dari itu diperlukan keberlanjutan program dengan diadakannya kunjungan berkala dan <em>Focus group discussion </em>(FGD) sebagai evaluasi jangka Panjang.</p> <p><strong>Kata kunci :</strong> amal usaha, kader, nasyiatul aisyiyah, pemberdayaan</p> <p>___________________________________________________________________________</p> <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p><strong>Background</strong>: Muhammadiyah Association is an umbrella organization comprising Muhammadiyah-Aisyiyah, along with other autonomous organizations and charitable businesses. Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Business and Charity Agency (BUANA) is expected to generate economic value while opening employment opportunities for members and administrators of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah. The benefits of organizing extend beyond material benefits. Members can also gain knowledge, information, business networks, and valuable experience. Empowering the economic community is an effort to improve the dignity of the Islamic community from a state of inadequate conditions of inability, while freeing them from the shackles of poverty and economic backwardness. The importance of this independence is a primary focus in building competitiveness and a welfare community. <strong>Objective</strong>: To build the economic independence of the community through business entities. <strong>Method</strong>: The methods that will be used include socialization, training, introduction and application of technology, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability as a solution. <strong>Result</strong>: Most experienced an increase in the ability of the role of human resources, operational resources such as production tools, and increased production. <strong>Conclusion</strong>: The results of this empowerment activity can be used as an indicator to achieve the goal of empowering human resources for the optimal and effective development of the Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Business and Charity Agency (BUANA).
